There were half a million shoplifting offences in the UK last year. What more do you think shops could do about this?

00:23Poundland but there's some places put a cardboard cutter out of a policeman and apparently that's a

00:28deterrent they've actually proved statistically that the number of shoplifting offenses goes down

00:34when they just put a cardboard cutter again it's a really tricky one I think the shops probably need

00:40the more support as well because I guess you know fewer large enough to be able to employ door

00:46security and you know it's often the you know it's again a sign of rising kind of economic crisis when

00:53when people turn to shoplifting so it's probably a question again of external assistance
