The former kickboxing champion, Johnny Rider, is unable to find peace as his brother Gabe's murderer remains at large. The primary suspect in the murder case is Rod Sparks, a notorious drug dealer and martial arts specialist who leads his gang through intimidation and fear. Johnny locates Rod in a run-down bar, initiating a fierce confrontation with him and his accomplices. Despite this, Rod recruits Johnny, who agrees in the hope of getting closer to Rod. Johnny is entangled in a perilous game, repeatedly stepping into the ring for Rod. As Johnny inches closer to the truth about his brother's fate, he relentlessly confronts the murderer.
