00:00Fourteen high school students in Tokyo were hospitalized after eating spicy chips, reports Reuters.
00:06The incident occurred when 30 students tried the snack brought to school by a male student,
00:12who said his older brother purchased it.
00:14Those affected reported mouth and stomach pain, but were conscious and treated for minor symptoms.
00:20The snack, called R18 Curry Chips, comes with warnings against consumption by those under 18,
00:27those with high blood pressure, and those with weak stomachs.
00:31It also advises against consuming the entire bag alone due to potential risks of diarrhea.
