00:00Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency attempt to detain the President of Republika Srpska, Milor Dodik,

00:09based on the central arrest warrant issued by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

00:14However, their efforts were obstructed by the officer from the Republika Srpska police.
