00:00The Philippine Coast Guard, or PCG, is continuing its underwater assessment and monitoring

00:05following the capsizing of the MV Honghai-16 cargo ship off the waters of Occidental Mindoro.

00:13As of now, nine casualties have been recorded while two are still missing.

00:18Authorities are also conducting a thorough investigation to know the exact cause of the said incident.

00:24The PCG says that they are still waiting for the approval of salvage plan and other required documents to start the operations on the ship.
