00:03a nice guy sounds like he uh you kind of thought this date through in his head and and they had a

00:09good time together well yeah he said it was you know kind of a little awkward at first but that's

00:12normal on a first date but after a while the date went great and he says i even got a peck on the

00:17cheek when i dropped her off so here we go he wants to take her out again but apparently she's

00:22not responding back all right so we have uh kelly on hold with us right now we're gonna see why

00:27she's kind of gone mia on him let's bring her on kelly you there hi yes i'm here okay uh kelly i

00:35know you're probably super confused this morning you talked to uh kevin off the air and he kind of

00:40gave you a quick rundown but uh on purpose didn't give you all the details because we wanted to

00:44give them to you and we want to talk to you real quick if it's cool with you uh about talk about a

00:49date that you went on recently would it be cool if we asked you a couple questions i guess what date

00:54what date uh the date we're talking about is with rick he told us that you guys uh went out to

00:59dinner uh you guys met online went out to dinner had a great time and uh i guess he uh drove you

01:05home dropped you off and gave you a hug good night and that was that but wants to see you again

01:11and it's been trying to set that up and we're trying to help him set that up but we uh can't

01:16really get an answer from you and you kind of went uh missing on him so what's going on are you

01:22kidding me this is a joke this is real it's not a joke what happened oh my god so imagine me i was

01:32really excited for the date i was so excited for the date he seemed like a really nice guy and i had

01:37this brand new dress new shoes i was dressed to the nines my makeup was done and i barely wear makeup i

01:45really put it on that night i step out the highest of heels i am talking about stunning he picks me up

01:53and you know he's friendly he's nice everything seems great we pulled up literally to a red robin

02:01oh he took me to red robin and so i'm taking it you don't like red robin don't like red robin oh my god

02:11we get in there and we first of all we were the oldest people in the room let's start there i could

02:19barely even hear him it was terrible they're they only sell like what chicken fingers and burgers in

02:25there bottomless steak fries though come on girl fries are good there oh my god i was really expecting

02:33like you know a romantic first date at a restaurant and here's the thing i specifically told him i said

02:37take me to your favorite restaurant you know i left it open i finally gave the guy he takes you to

02:44red robin hey it's his favorite red robin so that ruined the date for you though that because you just

02:51went to red robin who cares it ruined the date the date that's not a date of taking a woman she did

02:58have heels on like that with heels on thank you to red robin is just crazy french fries and heels

03:06don't go together yeah all right yeah all right well i can see why you might have been a little

03:11underwhelmed yeah i get it even though i love that restaurant but i i understand what you're saying

03:15um kelly here's the deal fairly underwhelmed we have rick on the phone with us as well do you care

03:22if we bring him back on get his side of things do you mind it's this side what side you took me to

03:28a child's restaurant okay well hold on uh rick you there yeah uh so you heard what you had to say

03:35i'll let you respond i mean kelly you told me to take you to my favorite restaurant i mean we were it

03:40was it seemed like you wanted me to take you to a pretty casual fun spot that's what it's you know

03:46so i took you to my favorite restaurant i mean the food is great not your favorite restaurant from when

03:51you were 12 years old i mean it's not bad i mean it's casual right i mean the food was great there's

03:58variety on the menu and you know i mean it was good what did you what did you think of my dress when

04:03you saw me in my dress did you still think of taking me to red robin did nothing occur to you in

04:08your mind you looked fine for red robin it wasn't like you were overdressed or anything

04:13you looked fine rick you might need to stop talking no no uh so let me ask you a question

04:22we we've established that the restaurant was probably not the best choice for our first date

04:27especially if kelly was expecting to be you know somewhere that she had to go very dressed up but

04:33coming out in heels you should have maybe changed your mind she's in wearing heels okay

04:37so we we just we got that they did not go to the right place but was he a nice guy though kelly

04:44i mean he was nice enough but i really couldn't hear anything or learn anything about him like

04:49you're trying to get to know this guy and there's all these kids running around like there's all this

04:54noise all this kids music like it was crazy i i don't know what kind of guy he is but i i don't want

05:00to find out oh okay so you have decided that you did not want to see him again at all just because of

05:05the restaurant choice you get one chance with me okay man all right well a lot of energy love it

05:14and uh rick um i'm sorry that we're not gonna make another date happen for you and um that's just

05:22that i'm sorry man i can't even believe it like i mean i thought it was great and yeah i don't know

05:29what to tell you but i think maybe this might be a good thing for you yeah like make it make sense

05:35like did you see me smile like one time all right all right you guys have a great day thanks so much

05:40for coming on all right thanks bye thank you bye bye wow i don't know if there was any restaurant that

05:47would have done it for her because she seemed like a lot just a little bit more fancy i mean now now

05:53it's busy and it is loud at red robin but it is delicious it is delicious yes but i can understand

05:59she walks out in a dress and heels and he pulls up to a red robin yeah i might have audibled there

06:04he should have he should have gone oh boy maybe i need to go but i get it first date yeah he's stuck

06:11doesn't have a reservation anywhere right then you just kind of wing it by then but

06:15it was chicken wings

06:16clucks and fries are the best there the good steak fries right yes yes oh the seasoning
