00:44have been in there with me i'd be dead today that's it but ron williams is alive and with quite a tale
00:51to tell the main character is his pet cat fluffy that's a boy ron adopted fluffy from a friend not
00:57too long ago and i looked at him and i just hey i just fell in love with him williams who turns 85
01:05in september didn't know that a few weeks after he got him fluffy would save his life we all talk to
01:11our pets and that's how this story starts and i'd say ring-a-ding ring-a-ding and i didn't know he'd pick
01:20up on it thank goodness fluffy did a few days ago ron slipped getting out of the shower with his life
01:26alert on the charger his phone up on the counter and the door closed ron was trapped my arm was pinned
01:32under me and the hours kept going by come on for 16 hours from 8 in the morning until midnight ron lay
01:39trapped in agony on the floor until he remembered fluffy was in the room too and ron took one final
01:45one crazy last chance to save his life so i said fluffy ring-a-ding ring-a-ding fluffy and i says
01:53you're my only hope and he was it wasn't even five minutes later i felt something in my hand
02:00and i'm here because of it now with just a few bumps and bruises ron is recovering but alive
02:08fluffy got him his phone yes fluffy went and got the phone guys this man has trained a cat

03:19it i don't think it was because fluffy was outside it was on the counter i thought he said fluffy was
03:23in the bathroom no fluffy got the phone and opened the door no no no fluffy was inside fluffy was in
03:29the bathroom but where's the phone i think it was on the counter it was in the bathroom too
03:33oh i thought it was like in another room down there i'm implying that it was there it was there
03:40and then fluffy slapped it and it went right in his hand it went right down right into his hand

04:49we were trying to recreate fluffy saving this 84 year old man and oh hell broke loose in here
04:57i don't know what he's not clear about is whether it was his phone or his life alert
05:01the life alert was charging the phone was on the counter so i think it was fluffy hit something
05:06also this old man needs to not take the most dangerous thing an old person can do a shower
05:11without all his life alert is charging you plan better you wait until it's all charged and then
05:17you bring your life alert that's what it's for right okay so if i was the news guy i'd be like hey

06:01sink in the bathroom and fluffy might have knocked it down somehow but yeah the miracle is it landed in
06:06his hand he had the cat two weeks right yeah he but he just the cat's so young and he had it for
06:11two weeks so no but i think like the phone rang and that might have and then he was like oh ring
06:21a ding ding that's what he does i hate that we have to piece these stories together and these
06:26reporters well they're not there to they're just there to kill time they're not there to really
06:30figure it all out just say the cat knocked the phone into the old man's hand the cat somehow
06:37amazingly but they don't make it clear because i don't think they know for sure well i don't think
06:42they do and they might not completely believe it either so they're just like oh we've already spent
06:47all this time on the story we got we gotta run with something who called the news because is it
06:52well the newspaper did the story and the tv station copied it from the newspaper fluffy sent him an email

07:23that great a story right if the phone was in his hand for 16 hours and then at hour 16 he was like
07:29oh god i'm surprised i'm holding my phone the reporter wasn't like where's my microphone
07:34where's my microphone and then a cat paw with a microphone exactly came in the frame and then
07:39handed it to the reporter i sure would love a clubhouse sandwich
07:44fluffy you're awesome yeah oh my god anyone wants stroganoff you're only two weeks old
07:56fluffy makes beef stroganoff are you are you crazy this is crazy margarita whenever i made beef
