00:00Dave, what do we got, man?
00:01We are going to start with baseball, where the Yankees beat the Blue Jays last night 6-3.
00:07And it was Aaron Judge who hit a huge 450-foot tie-breaking home run late in the game,
00:14which was the difference.
00:15And yeah, Aaron Judge took that cheating nonsense personally.
00:21After the game, he told reporters he was offended by the Blue Jays announcers
00:26and Blue Jays players implying that he was cheating simply because he looked into his dugout
00:31to tell his own teammates to shut up and stop yelling at the umpire
00:35after the umpire had ejected manager Aaron Boone.
00:38Maybe this is a little bit of fire that the Yankees need to pull themselves out of a funk.
00:42I love it.
00:43I love that this is going to be something I think that will rally the Yankees together.
00:47It's Judge's 11th home run of the year.
00:50Considering he missed a few weeks due to injury, all of a sudden he's going right up the leaderboard.
00:54He is hitting the heck out of the baseball, and the Yankees are playing very good.
00:58That's how you play the role of captain right there, my man.
01:01That's it.
01:02They've won eight out of the last 11.
01:04Six games over 500 now at 25-19, making their way up the AL East standing.
01:10And that Buck Martinez is a total doofus.
01:13He is a Toronto Blue Jays announcer who started all this.
01:17That guy is bitter because he was a Toronto Blue Jays manager
01:21who used to get his ass beaten by the Yankees.
01:23So it's no coincidence that Buck Martinez, Aaron Judge has passed every single drug test
01:29since rookie season, and they get tested randomly.
01:32There's never been a whisper.
01:34Wasn't the inference that he was getting calls or something like that from the dugout?
01:39He was looking into the dugout because maybe the dugout was giving him the pitch or this or that,
01:45which would not be illegal, by the way.
01:46Wouldn't the pitcher be using that electronic thing anyway?
01:50Of course.
01:51There's no calls to pick on.
01:52Exactly.
01:53A, and B, getting signs from the dugout, not illegal.
01:57It's when you use electronic devices.
02:00Or drums.
02:01You know.
02:01Well, the drums was used after the electronic device picked up the signal.
02:07It would be the electronic device and then the drum.
02:08But that's the point is that he didn't use any of that stuff.
02:11So this was all conjured and fabricated by Buck Martinez.
02:14Blue Jays announcer should be ashamed of himself.
02:17Hell, if I was Aaron Judge, I'd consider suing his ass.
02:20Meanwhile, the Mets.
02:21Keep hitting dingers.
02:22Yeah.
02:22Do that, too.
02:24Meanwhile, the Mets lost to the Rays 8-5.
02:27Justin Verlander really struggled.
02:28He gave up six earned runs, and he receives the loss.
02:32He drops to 1-2.
02:33And the Mets are struggling a little bit right now.
02:35They are 20-23.
02:37Phillies fell to San Francisco 4-3.
02:40The Phillies are now two games under .500 at 20 and 22.
02:44NBA postseason.
02:46Fantastic.
02:46Game one of the Western Conference Finals, which began last night.
02:50The Denver Nuggets took down the L.A. Lakers 132-126.
02:56Nikolo Jokic, 34 points, 21 rebounds, and 14 assists for the man they call the Joker.
03:03Wow, they are the number one seed, right?
03:04He is awesome.
03:05Or the favorite in the series.
03:07Yes, they are.
03:08Lakers come in, you know, 7th seed, but they have LeBron, who played well.
03:1226 points, 12 rebounds, and 9 assists, but not enough for the Lakers to overcome the Nuggets
03:17as Denver takes in one game to none lead.
03:19Tonight tips off the Eastern Conference Finals.
03:23The Miami Heat take on the Boston Celtics.
03:26In Boston, Jason Tatum having a great series for the Celtics.
03:29Jimmy Butler has been stellar for the Heat.
03:32Hockey of the East Finals begin tomorrow night.
03:34In the NHL playoffs as the Florida Panthers face the Carolina Hurricanes in Carolina for
03:41game one.
03:42And then the West Finals begin Friday as the Dallas Stars face the Las Vegas Golden Knights
03:48for a trip to the Stanley Cup Finals.
03:50Wow, it's an all-southern, warm-weather Stanley Cup playoffs.
03:55Yeah.
03:55From here on out.
03:56Yep.
03:57The people in Edmonton and Montreal are like, what the hell?
04:01It's called ice hockey.
04:03And you're playing in a whole bunch of desert and beach states.
04:08Vegas has had a good run so far.
04:10Vegas has been great.
04:11And football.
04:13The Jets are apparently so happy to be hosting the first ever Black Friday game when they play
04:18the Dolphins the day after Thanksgiving on Prime.
04:20When we kick their ass.
04:21Oh!
04:23That Dan Green has offered to be an annual host of the game.
04:26The way the Lions or Cowboys host Thanksgiving games, the Jets are submitting themselves to
04:30host the Black Friday game each and every year.
04:33Okay.
04:34Thoughts and opinions since you're a Jets fan.
04:35I'm all right with that.
04:36I'm good with that.
04:37Now, every year, do you do any Black Friday shopping?
04:43No.
04:43Is the question.
04:43Okay.
04:44Nope.
04:45Okay.
04:45Because that's important.
04:46Me neither.
04:46Nope.
04:47If you do Black Friday shopping, you might not like this.
04:50I don't do any of that stuff.
04:52And if I did, by the time the game rolled around, I'd be fine with it.
04:55What about relatives?
04:57Is Black Friday a day?
04:57It could be some traveling, but that's a bigger effect on my Thanksgiving.
05:01Right.
05:01To be honest with you, is hanging with the family.
05:04Well, I think it's going to be cool.
05:05By the time Black Friday rolls around, I'm looking for something.
05:08Hey, man, I'm looking forward to the Black Friday game.
05:11I think it's going to be fun.
05:13So, good on the Jets.
05:14And that's your quick look at sports.
