00:14So you are going with the Y and Dot. I'm team Y&DOT. Y&DOT in Y&DOT. I feel like the townies. Can we just call it the Dot?

00:22Let's do it. We agree. It's the Dot. There you go. We are at Smuggler's Run. I had this place.

00:27Whoa. Huge. Absolutely huge and super well put together.

00:33We are sitting in Smuggler's Run right now in one of their VIP booths.

00:36That's right. That's right. We're in the moonshine one.

00:39Yeah. Comes equipped, Donnie. Let's just say that.

00:41Why? Joel Morgan? Is it Captain Morgan from Big Jim's house?

00:44No. No. I don't know what you're talking about.

00:47And they have a huge stage that they're working on as we speak.

00:53Do you smell it?

00:55What do I smell, Joel?

00:55That's new stage smell, Donnie.

00:59Woo! The workmen are all around here. They're all busy.

01:02They're all putting the final touches on the opening of this season of Smuggler's Run.

01:07Yeah. We've got Slaughter this Saturday.

01:09There's actually three bands on the bill, including Cat5 and Common R.

01:13It's going to be a blast from the past, but this is what I love about Smuggler's Run.

01:17They do a show the way, like, I hate to show our age, but the way I'm not going out to the bar five nights a week, all right?

01:28Like, I'm not bagging my 20s.

01:29I need a place that's going to be a luxe experience, and it's a special event when I go out to see my bands.

01:36And that's what you're going to get at Smuggler's Run.

01:38Having said that, VIP is sold out for this show.

01:40But they will have plenty of other shows coming up this season, and there is still general admission available for Slaughter.

01:48Another thing I love about Smuggler's Run, they pay such attention to detail.

01:51They even customize their menu for whatever artist is in.

01:55So in the case of Slaughter, I believe you're going to be able to eat the Up All Night, Sleep All Day cheeseburger.

02:01So that's pretty amazing.

02:02With the Slaughter side salad of Sleep All Day.

02:08Yes.

02:09The Fly to the Angels vinaigrette.

02:12With the side of Slaughter sauce.

02:15It's worth it.

02:17It's really cool, man.

02:18And I'll tell you what, that tiki bar out by the water, the Detroit River, man.

02:23Awesome view.

02:24Oh, the view and the lights.

02:26You can see downtown Detroit all lit up at night.

02:28And if you had a boat, you could bring your boat and dock it here and party.

02:32I wish Joel was more excited about Smuggler's Run and Wyandotte.

02:35Oh, man, dude, this place.

02:37Me and Mrs. Captain Morgan are going to be spending some time here.

02:41Joel may stay out until 9 p.m.

02:45Because this place is so full.

02:46We deserve to party in a place like this.
