00:00Brad I see a little bit of a tropical influence there's lots of color what inspired these dishes
00:04choices? So the the colors the flavors we really wanted to bring the glow element to life in our
00:09plates tonight we did use the inspiration our parks got the underlying kind of asian pacific
00:14islander theme uh caribbean theme so we brought a lot of those flavors to life in our plates
00:19but really just wanted wanted our food to glow um you know throughout the party for all of our guests
00:23let's start with this what are we seeing here so this is our grilled orange chicken skewers
00:27so it's an orange ginger marinated chicken thigh with some vegetables we throw through our grill
00:32uh some lemon sushi rice and then rainbow carrots nice uh this is our alohi lohi tuna poke bowl so
00:39it's ponzu marinated sashimi style tuna and it's a disney product and it sounds good to say it's just
00:45a fun lohi what alohi lohi alohi alohi lohi everyone vibrant or bright um and so we kind of brought that
00:54to life in this and it looks kind of healthy it is it very much is very healthy there's seaweed salad
00:59uh fresh vegetables pickled vegetables edamame uh spicy mayo uh and then there's some sushi rice
01:04under there as well as we step up here you gotta if you come to orlando you gotta have the mickey
01:09waffles what what's with the color so this is our indulgent um manglo uh chicken and waffles uh so we
01:16would some rainbow mickey waffles there for you our mango barbecue chicken wings uh some some mango
01:22chutney some purple cabbage slaw fantastic and of course we've got the mickey uh what's what's the
01:28seasoning here so we brought some of our traditional theme park favorites uh to life with uh let's say
01:33just rainbow salt on our mickey pretzel uh we did some colored electric churros as well with some
01:38electric oh look at those churros that looks so fun those look like they would glow in the neon yeah
01:43they sure do they sure i want to end up here we'll come up to there after let's go down to this burger
01:48because i'm definitely a burger guy is this a bison what are we talking about this is one of our
01:51plant-based options it's actually an impossible burger with our electric green bun um and then
01:56there's some rainbow carrot slaw and some mango salsa on top there as well and i see a very traditional
02:02looking hot dog is that a pepper yes so this is our uh chicago style uh footlong my kind of town
02:10there we go originally from chicago so i had to had to get uh the um you guys don't have portillo's
02:15over here do you in orlando you sure do yes you do get one we do yep so we are thoroughly enjoying
02:20that but we did a little uh play on that with a traditional chicago style yeah you got the peppers
02:24on there what's the blue what do i see that's blue here they are pickled blue on their onions
02:28they're white onions but they're pickled um with a blue vinegar okay very cool brought the rainbow to
02:33life here uh on our chicagolo dog what's this decadent chocolate dessert i see so this is our our
02:38moonlight mudslide so uh traditional mudslide we glowed up a little bit as well um we've got
02:44encanto one of our newest favorite movies um so this is our encanto lemonade here represents uh
02:50all the members of the madrigal family brings in some south american flavors as well and non-alcoholic
02:56for everyone to enjoy and for the main event i gotta take you for a bath let's let's move down
03:01here i saw this on the website and seeing it in person is so much more impressive i see we've got
03:07rubber duckies in here we sure do so we've got two options this year this is a return of our favorite
03:12our neon bathtub sundae um featuring our 50th anniversary birthday cake ice cream it's birthday
03:17cake flavored we layered it with some more birthday cake added some whipped cream on top and then some
03:22our neon white chocolate ducks as well and then new this year we added a dole whip uh party sundae
03:28with watermelon dole whip pineapple dole whip and then some strawberry soda finished with coconut whipped
03:33cream and some bobas on top so if you're really good in doing the whole edamame thing and being
03:37healthy indulge it's the end of the meal but this is fantastic thanks for chatting with us thanks
