Her work at LFW, an organization aimed at leadership development and cross-cultural exchange, has had a profound Impact on the lives of young leaders, particularly communities. Under Ruby's guidance, LFW became a transformative movement, rooted in the bellef that education and leadership training are key to unlocking greater potential.

Beyond her leadership at LFW, Ruby was a strategic consultant and purpose coach at Direct Your Purpose, where she worked with individuals and organizations to help them find direction and purpose in their work. She was a StartingBloc Fellow, an honor that recognizes leaders committed to social impact and positive change.
