China has imposed sanctions on some US congress members, government officials as well as heads of non-governmental organisations for "egregious behaviour on Hong Kong-related issues", its foreign ministry said on Monday (April 21). 00:00美国对中国中央政府驻港机构和香港特区政府六名官员滥施非法单边制裁,严重干涉香港事务和中国内政,严重违反国际法原则和国际关系基本准则。

00:21中方对这种卑劣行径予以强烈谴责,依据中华人民共和国反外国制裁法有关规定,中方决定对在涉港问题上表现恶劣的美国国会议员、官员和非政府组织负责人实施制裁。

00:41我们要证告美方,香港是中国的香港,香港事务不容美方干涉。

00:50美方在涉港问题上采取的任何错误行径都将遭到中方坚决回击和对等反制。
