00:07I mean, you know what? I would have to go with what my father has always told me,

00:11and he told me to invest in real estate.

00:14Continue to invest in real estate. Put your money, at my age, put your money into an IRA,

00:20401k if you're inside of a company, and try your best to save as much as possible early on,

00:27because retirement is not easy.

00:29Absolutely. I'm telling you. I love that phrase, too, as far as putting money away.

00:34That's definitely important.

00:36But real estate, because Oprah, I was listening to her interview with her, she definitely buys land.

00:40Her philosophy is they're not making more of it, so I'm going to invest in it.

00:43So maybe we've agreed. Maybe it's a consensus, Oprah, advice.

00:47I would take that.
