00:00Carrots are greater than lettuce when you're looking for a cool and crunchy salad and I'm
00:03going to show you why. A vegetable peeler creates perfect ribbons and gives the simple
00:06salad an elevated look. The flavors are those of a sweet and salty southern broccoli salad
00:10and it all comes together with a snack and a shake. Everything stays perfect because
00:14unlike lettuce that wilts, these carrots stay cool and crunchy and the whole thing is just
00:18perfect. Dang, this is good. Hear that crunch? This is definitely how you need to be eating
00:23your carrots.
