02:30this poor old guy has no idea who sent the packages but now he's taking them to court

02:37who he knows he's taking the companies that sent the packages to him to court it's a pair of websites

02:46that advertise their services to send obnoxious anonymous gifts by mail and he's out for revenge

02:51he sued two businesses r&d promos and rain parade llc in superior court he's asking for damages

02:59of more than 75 000 for the fear apprehension and emotional distress so do you think does this guy

04:33so apparently my dad has he had like a huge irrational phobia of glitter like even if i get

04:39him a card for his birthday it's got glitter on it he will not touch it like at all what happened to

04:44him i have a uh so somebody sent him a glitter bomb i'm assuming because of his phobia or whatever

04:49and he didn't know what it was and it opened and it shot up into his face and got into his eye

04:55oh no and oh that's terrible it's it's it scratched his cornea so bad that he he had to

05:02have uh emergency surgery oh my god i bet the person who sent it felt really bad well after that

05:08it's supposed to be just a funny haha joke you open it sideways you know what i mean this guy like

05:14looked at it right like a donger and just took the thing off and it blasted him right in the face i mean

05:19it's i don't mean to laugh at his stuff but no it's terrible he already had this fear of glitter
