00:38is not an honest reckoning with the imperfections of globalization, but the retreat into economic

00:45tribalism. Market access is being weaponized. What was once a multilateral convenant for

00:54shared growth now buckles under the weight of arbitrary disruption and unilateral whip.

01:03Anwar also highlighted Malaysia's appreciation for China's steady and reliable approach during

01:08turbulent times. In these trying times, the world yearns for steadiness, reliability, and purpose.

01:19We see this in China's conduct. Malaysia acknowledges such steadiness with quiet recognition and is conscious
