00:00Walk me through the signal crisis, because as you say, one after another, things are happening at a rapid pace.

00:06It's a blitzkrieg, essentially, coming from the White House.

00:09And at the same point, this is an administration that's been able to stay on message.

00:13Donald Trump actually is a very disciplined messenger when he chooses to be.

00:17And one of the things that we know about Trump is if things go off track, if the conversation is not where he wants it to be,

00:23he's a matador, and he waves his red cape, and he knows the media and the Democrats will follow along with it.

00:30They become so outraged immediately that they sort of do what he wants them to do.

00:35The louder they complain about what he does, the more it benefits him quite often.

00:40So Cory Booker is in the Senate right now doing a filibuster.

00:43He's about six hours from the all-time record.

00:46Good for him.

00:47It's not really necessarily going to accomplish anything for Democrats.

00:49It sort of makes them feel good and hopeful without any real tangible results.
