00:32Privately, there are a lot of concerns about what DOGE is, what its impact is, and what

00:38those impacts will be in specific districts and states.

00:41And so when you start talking about things like research universities, if you represent

00:46one of those universities or you're impacted by it in any way, you're talking about obviously

00:51important medical research.

00:52You're also talking about jobs in your district and neighboring districts.
