00:07The Ecuadorian National Electoral Council deployed 174 voting stations and 110 routes in the country.
00:14The operation has the logistical and security support of the national police, the army and traffic agents.
00:20This program is aimed at people over 50 years of age with a physical disability equal to or greater than 75%
