00:35...supposed to be published approximately in an hour.
00:40So, basically, what is called the National Electoral Council, the Consejo Nacional Electoral, CNE,
00:51has promised that it is processing all the data,
00:56that the information is flowing according to their version with no surprises.
01:03But, most definitely, there's a lot of expectations to see how it's going to be handled,
01:10how it's going to be presented, the results, and what are going to be the results.
01:16If you want, maybe the highlights at this point is that the National Electoral Council has confirmed
01:24that 83% of the people who were allowed to vote did so.
01:32That's about the same percentage of previous electors.
01:36And that's a good indication of the people who have been very much involved in the process.
01:42The three most, if you want, the leading candidates, we're talking about Luisa González,
01:49the leftist candidate from Progressive Revolución Ciudadana,
01:56she and the candidate who is a president, Daniel Novoa,
02:02and the third one in the polls, in terms of intention of the vote,
02:07we're talking about Leonidas Issa from Pachacuti, the Indian indigenous movement,
02:13are here in Quito, in their central command headquarters, waiting for the results.
02:21So, the three of them have moved from different parts of the country that were voting to Quito to wait for that.
02:29We have listened already around here that we're in downtown Quito.
02:36Music, there's a mood of partying, of celebration, of celebrating this electoral, if you want, feast.
02:49And this, according to many, many analysts, a clear turning point in the history of Ecuador,
