00:00Hello street racing fans! Welcome to JDM Japanese Driftmaster tuning presentation.

00:12Today we'll talk about setting up your dream drift car. Let's dive into the process starting

00:18with a stock Nissan 350z and tune it for drifting performance. Visually we went with a classic

00:26drift look. We changed the rims, bumpers, fenders, even the side mirrors. On the back we put a nice

00:34not oversized spoiler and installed some mean looking exhaust to complete the look. We also

00:41switched up the steering wheel, gear shifter and seats. Remember internal parts are equally important

00:48in building the car's vibe. Now let's move to mechanical tuning. We want to have a lot of

00:55horsepower and torque at our disposal so we are picking the best items we can find. Note that

01:02in JDM most of the high-end parts unlock additional customization through fine tuning. For now we pick

01:10adjustable suspension, control arms and the steering system so we can further tinker in their setup.

01:17We install stiffer sway bars and a welded differential. We finish up by picking better brakes and tires.

01:25It's now time to set the car up. We lower the suspension to give it a mean street look. In

01:31general we want the car low to make it more stable first. Next let's improve how easy it will be to go

01:38into a drift starting with changing the wheel alignment. In front we apply negative camber so

01:45that's easier for us to turn the car. In the back we center the camber. We want the full tire to grip the road

01:53which will help with our control during drift. What we've shown you here today only scratches

01:59the surface of tuning possibilities in the game. You will be able to buy multiple copies of your

02:05favorite cars and modify them however you want or need.
