00:07reason the Trump tariffs is all new homes which are built for the less

00:12advantage are going to come to a stand still builders have been killing

00:16themselves to produce them at low rates and now the rates are going to go up on

00:19what they're going to sell them for because people aren't going to be able to afford them

00:22it's going to be terrible the cost of lumber the cost of steel everything's

00:26going up so wait it out it's not getting lost wow okay thank you now we went to

00:32as about LA we had the fires people kind of have moved on you know not thinking

00:37about what's left what are you seeing in LA do you see people rebuilding do you see

00:41people kind of repairing where where is LA right now after the fires there's a lot

00:45of people still waiting to rebuild and they are amazing in that what we have in

00:50LA is a resurgence of optimism everybody has to enhance each other the government

00:55the industry workers volunteers they're all helping to rebuild and there's never

00:59been more optimism than I've ever seen in LA there's a spirit of we can do it

01:03together and that's what came out of the tragedy the only good thing to come out

01:06of the tragedy even though people are waiting are homeless people are optimistic

01:10well how long do you think it'll take to build probably a year and a half two

01:14years three years that's faster than than I expected yeah but the government's

01:17totally cooperating they fast-forwarding everything permits are being issued

01:21everything's happening fast we did but what is amazing is I believe the people's

01:25spirit will stay the line they are very committed to each other and to LA what

01:30about the insurance companies last the insurance companies hurt I heard some

01:34chat about insurance companies not really giving out money or running away from the

01:38problem where are you well there's a problem getting insurance in LA for the last three

01:42years but the insurance companies got the federal government to prove 25% increase so

01:46getting insurance it's not going to be a problem
