Starlink has reached 5 million customers, surpassing satellite communication leaders, according to Forbes. This growth helped boost SpaceX’s valuation to $350 billion, making it the world’s most valuable private company. Some experts warn that Starlink's future growth might not support this valuation due to technical limitations and high prices. Competing services, like Amazon’s Kuiper, also pose a challenge. Bell Canada has also pushed for Starlink to be excluded from receiving government subsidies. SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell remains optimistic about Starship's potential, despite the hurdles facing Starlink.
