00:00Mitch Bourne, captain of Drybrook, captain of the Regional 2-7 Champions.

00:06It's been a great season.

00:07Yeah, it's been a lot of a season to be fair, I don't think.

00:10It's always the aim to win the league, but at one point we got 60 pass by Chippenham,

00:15then Drew Longleaven, so yeah, absolutely buzzing to finish it now.

00:19Nice.

00:20So what was it that turned it round for you?

00:23Because a lot of teams may have imploded, you know, that Chippenham game.

00:27Hard work, boys turning up Tuesday, Thursday, and then two good coaches,

00:32and then on a Saturday it just seems to click.

00:37Everyone's been on the same page.

00:39We all wanted to go up, we always had the belief we could go up,

00:42so yeah, it's a level we couldn't play up for five years,

00:47so I think it's a level we feel we can definitely step up to.

00:52So the next time you play a team in black and white hoops in the league,

00:59uh, Lindley.

01:04It's always good having a Forest Army in the league,

01:07so I look forward to some good sides.

01:09We're under no illusion, it's going to be a hell of a test,

01:12and we're going to have to transition from trying to win a league

01:16to probably try and stay in it, but we know we can do it, I think.

01:20We've got the squad.

01:21And hopefully a cap ready for a new year as well in the...

01:24Yeah, we've got some wrongs for righting that.

01:27Obviously we beat finalists last year in the Papa John's,

01:31in the combo cup against Newham,

01:33so, yeah, certainly the hatch is definitely the eight now after that.

01:38And today, they didn't come in and roll over,

01:44well, not in the second half, I think.

01:45Yeah, we knew that.

01:46They'd beat Trowbridge, they lost Chippenham by a point,

01:50they beat Long-Levon, so we knew it was going to be Alan getting

01:53their own performance in the league for no reason.

01:55But, yeah, we had a couple of wapping moments,

01:57five minutes, fifty to sixty-five, but then we showed at the end.

02:03but that's what you're trying.
