00:13Hulu Selangor Deputy Police Chief DSP Mohamad Asri Mohamad Yunus said the lorry driver involved

00:19in Tuesday's crash died at 3.10pm while receiving treatment at Slim River Hospital.

00:25Several investigations indicate the crash occurred when an SUV collided with a corn-laden

00:30lorry, causing it to lose control and swerve into the opposite lane where it crashed head-on

00:36with a trailer.

00:38The lorry's assistant driver died at the scene.

00:41The 18-year-old SUV driver was also taken to Slim River Hospital while two others, a 52-year-old

00:47SUV passenger and the 26-year-old trailer driver, sustained minor injuries.

00:53The case is being investigated under section 41, subsection 1 of the Road Transport Act 1987.
