00:00The Vice President is the same as the mandate of the President.
00:04Lahat po ang nakalagay sa Constitution na trabaho ng Presidente, ganun din po ang trabaho ng Vice President.
00:11She is technically the assistant, or when the President is absent, she takes over because she's the Vice President.
00:20Kayo may nagsasabi ma'am na spare tayo na ang kami DT.
00:24So, what do you have to say about that?
00:26Nagsasabi spare tayo na nari ang Vice President.
00:28Okay, JC, you will have to indulge me.
00:32Yeah, I also need to answer this because it's very important.
00:37All of us here, I'm sure all of us, even outside this room, would think that the Vice President, not necessarily D.P. Sara,
00:47all the Vice Presidents, past, present, and future, are looked at as fair tire.
00:53But if you really think about it, the Vice President should be as prepared as the President.
00:59Should anything happen to him, who assumes the responsibility?
01:03It's the Vice President.
01:04And keeping her out of the loop, whoever the Vice President is, keeping her out of the loop or not being able to provide funds for her projects and programs,
01:17not being able to support the Vice President is a great disservice to the country.
01:22Because if anything happens and the Vice President is forced to assume the position of President,
01:31we cannot give her a lot of time to study and allow her to go with a learning curve, how long it is going to take.
01:39We don't, no, we cannot, we need a Vice President who is always ready to assume.
01:45And the services that are now being delivered by the Vice President through her office is a way of preparing herself,
01:54just in case anything happens from now until 2028.
01:57Otherwise, it's just, well, it's all in a day's work, our programs, our plans, our activities,
02:03funded or not by the, by the, by Congress, it's all in a day's work.
02:10We'll still complete the job that she has promised to do in 2022 and she, she continues to fulfill it
02:17and she will make sure to see through all those promises fulfilled in 2028 by the end of our time.
