00:25Alar, the arrival of passengers here at Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange or PITX after the new year

00:37At 5 in the morning, the number of passengers arriving is slowly increasing

00:42Most of them are returning to their provinces or back to Metro Manila after the holiday break

00:47The security at the terminal is strictly enforced to ensure the safety of the public

00:53Police are deployed at PITX while the security personnel are busy inspecting the luggage and passengers

01:02In addition, the PITX information counter continues to provide assistance to the passengers

01:08especially those who need directions or information about their travel

01:13According to the initial assessment of the Philippine National Police, the new year was generally peaceful throughout the country

01:20There were no major incidents at PITX that affected the operation of the terminal

01:26It is expected that the high volume of passengers at PITX will continue until the next few days

01:33while many are returning to work and school

01:37According to the PITX, there is almost 13,000 foot traffic at the terminal

01:44The PITX continues to call on passengers to comply with the regulations to avoid accidents
