00:22Shops are offering heavy discounts and 1 plus 1 schemes.

00:27The reason is that the current liquor licenses expire on March 31st.

00:33There is so much crowd since morning, as if there is a crowd at a ration shop.

00:37People are less at ration shops and more at liquor vans.

00:40Because one with one free, one with one box free.
