The Beatles' drummer made his debut at the legendary country music stage but had a slight issue with an accessory.

00:27As you may have noticed, I dressed up a bit tonight.

00:31I'm a cowboy inside.

00:34And this is a great honour and an incredible moment for me.

00:40You know, I played with the All-Stars.

00:43We stand on the old Ryman piece of wood.

00:46We've got the real thing here. How great.

00:49And just, I loved country music when I was growing up, when I was a lad.

00:53Still love it now, but I mean, I got into it.

00:55And this would just be a dream to end up here.
