00:00Houston and a team on the eight line that had absolutely no

00:03business being there in Gonzaga. The Cougs of Houston in

00:07control through most of the opening half and early into the

00:11second and then the Zags started to make their rally which made

00:14it very interesting down that home stretch. But Houston does

00:19prevail, reaching the sweet 16 for a sixth consecutive time

00:24snapping what was the longest active streak entering this

00:27tournament. Gonzaga's nine tournament streak of getting to

00:32the sweet 16 in a row. They literally take the mantle from

00:36the Bulldogs. That being Houston 8176 depending on where you got

00:42that number opened at four and a half closed at five and a half.

00:46Very, very important for a thriller on Saturday night

00:49between the Cougs and the Zags.

00:51Yeah, one of those games where I got right on Saturday by getting

00:54in right at the right time at minus four and a half because I

00:57didn't get to watch that game all the way through but woke up

00:59to see that final score and loved it. And then I realized

01:01wait a second. It's like a one point game with 20 seconds left

01:04and I got the cover. That's a win for the good guys making

01:06your free throws down the stretch, which included only a

01:09couple ticks left on the clock. Some people look at this game

01:11and say, Oh, Houston struggling there with you know, an eight

01:14seed overall Gonzaga. I don't look at it like that. I need to

01:17see the Houston Cougars win high tempo games 81 to 76. I like

01:21when Houston wins lower tempo games. And what that means is

01:24this team can win any which way possible, which you love to see.

01:28And if that means making your three point shots when they're

01:30there eight of 16 from the three point line, which was 50% from

01:34the field 75% from the free throw line and close to 47% as a

01:39team from the field. I love this Houston team. They can win any

01:42which way great head coach looking forward to their next

01:44game.
