00:00The nightcap between Duke and Houston will live on in the lore of March and early April in the

00:07big dance. With one of the largest comebacks we have ever seen in the history of a Final Four

00:13matchup. Houston trailed by as many as 14 points with just over eight minutes remaining in

00:19regulation. Houston trailed by nine with about three and a half minutes remaining in regulation.

00:24The Cougars were down by six with 35 ticks left in regulation and somehow some way Houston pulls

00:32off an absolute stunner to shock the college basketball world and Duke winning outright 70

00:39to 67. Houston wins outright as a four and a half point underdog. Kelvin Sampson will coach in his

00:46first national championship game on this Monday night. The Cougars will look for their first ever

00:52national championship in program history after the stunner on Final Four Saturday against the

00:57Blue Devils. Yeah and I think they can certainly pull off the win tonight against the Florida

01:01Gators but understand how that game played out too. I got home right around halftime. I was like

01:05you know what it's close game 34-28. Laid in bed, popped the TV on, saw Duke to get that double

01:10digit lead. The next time I woke up was right after the Cooper flag missed here because you

01:14know all the attention on the TV screen. I was like whoa it's going oh my goodness. Duke had

01:18gotten knocked out at that point and then reading about it and watching the final two, two and a

01:21half minutes of that game and it was a calamity of errors. A lot of things need to happen for you

01:25to come back from that sort of a deficit which means horrendous basketball play for the Duke

01:29Blue Devils over the final 10 minutes here. John Shire may be taking the air out of the ball a

01:33little bit too early but understand this. You're trying to shorten the game and they did that which

01:37means hey make a free throw. Get one rebound at this point and also the refs have to make you a

01:42horrendous call on a missed free throw which gave a free throw to Houston which allowed them to take

01:47the lead. So a lot of things have to happen but again Houston's been mentally prepared and tough

01:51the past couple years here under Kelvin Sampson. If there's one team that was going to be able to

01:54come back from a victory like that for the Duke Blue Devils and exchange that into a loss from

01:59the Devils it was absolutely the Houston Cougars and also LJ Cryer. We know that they can shoot

02:04the three-point shot as a team 45 and a half percent in that dome atmosphere but six of nine

02:09for Cryer every time they needed that big time shot they got it down the stretch. That was a

02:14really really interesting performance overall by the Duke Blue Devils to close it out but it takes

02:18a real team to close that bad boy out like the Houston Cougars did to Duke.
