00:06transport strike led by the group Manibela has yet to significantly affect commuters and traffic

00:25Also, free rides starting this morning until this afternoon, especially during the rush hour,

00:31for commuters going home were provided. The Department of Transportation, or the DOTR,

00:38and the LTFRB says they are always open to hold a dialogue with transportation groups.
