00:00The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, or LTFRB, is conducting a crackdown operation

00:06against transport network vehicle services using temporary permits.

00:11LTFRB Chair Attorney Vigor Mendoza II stressed that the agency has not issued any tempo or temporary permit for TNVS

00:21and only provide provisional authority or authority to operate.

00:25Despite issuing multiple warnings, the Chair added that several TNVS keep on defying warnings against the use of the so-called tempo.

00:34The official highlighted that the TNVS units using temporary permit are considered calorum or in illegal operations

00:42and will be subjected to anti-calorum operations.
