00:00In the final stage of preparing the Commission on Elections or COMELEC for the May 12 National and Local Elections,

00:08according to Chairperson George Erwin Garcia, 90 to 95 percent of the Commission is ready

00:14while the training of the Board of Election Inspectors continues.

00:17The Commission is also holding the ballots and is currently going through the verification process.

00:23The Voter's Information Sheet or VIS Printing is expected to finish on March 25.

00:28According to COMELEC, a link for internet voting is also ready and the AFP and PNP have already deployed their security

00:35in different parts of the country.

00:37Meanwhile, COMELEC also encouraged the public to report the candidates who violate election rules

00:43such as vote buying and sticking campaign materials in prohibited areas.
