The Sandiganbayan Third Division has allowed former House speaker Martin Romualdez to attend hearings in his plunder case via videoconference, subject to court requirements.
In a resolution dated Oct. 9, the anti-graft court also authorized Romualdez to sign the pre-trial order at the Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory in Payatas on Monday, Oct. 12.
