03:55This then puts more onus on the ref to call a PI

04:01Before it would be like, okay, maybe it wasn't catchable, but he held five yards automatic first down

04:06It's not nearly as punitive against the defense

04:09But if there's a big play down the sideline and it's viewed as holding versus PI

04:14You're looking at a 30-yard difference and no first down. So I don't know

04:19I think I would prefer that but that could be a an issue with the and I and I know as an offensive player

04:23We do a lot of things that we don't get called for all the time
