00:00Leads us into this week's edition of First Things First.

00:03Now this week, I was kind of thinking,

00:05well, who am I gonna get?

00:06And he popped up on my screen as a work

00:10and it was Eagle's Flight.

00:12Who, I hear you say, Bill's like,

00:13who the hell's Eagle's Flight?

00:15Well, of course he's the half brother to Flightline

00:17and I called up the trainer, John Sadler,

00:19just to find out, where's he been, John?

00:22♪♪

00:28Look at this, John and Doodle.

00:29John, a quick little chat about Eagle's Flight.

00:34How's he doing, where's he been, where's he going?

00:36He's doing great.

00:37He had a beautiful work last week

00:40and he's training towards the start of Santa Anita.

00:44They haven't picked a race yet,

00:45but he's coming back really strong.

00:48Do we know, did he just need time between his starts?

00:52What was going on with him?

00:53A little issue, so we had to give him a break,

00:56but he's doing great now.

00:59What does he look like now, is he filled out, grown up?

01:01He looks really well, he's a good looking horse.

01:05You know, he looks like himself, you know,

01:09so, whoops, there goes the dog.

01:11There goes the dog, the dog says it's time to go.

01:14Are there any similarities yet between him and Flightline?

01:18Too early to say that.

01:22They're different horses, but they're both nice horses.

01:26Looks like you're taking your time with him.

01:28When could we hopefully see him reappear

01:30and is he going to be on the same Flightline schedule?

01:33Well, he's going to, you know,

01:34hopefully be ready for the Nala.

01:38All right, perfect, I'm going to go see him.

01:50the half-brother to Flightline, that is Eagle's Flight.

02:06On Saturday, the Pumpkin Patch Fall Festival continues.

02:14and then everybody's favorite on Sunday, Pinktober,

02:18as we invite Pink's Hot Dogs in

02:20to basically raise money for the American Cancer Society.
