00:23of the Group 1 Pretty Polly. Possibly a little unlucky not to have won more than one Group

00:281 having finished second in the Prix Jean-Romain at Deauville and looks like she's signed off

00:34with an arguably unlucky second in the champion stakes at Ascot the other day behind the magnificent

00:41King of Steel. Rhea came Autumn last year, didn't have her for very long and Joe Tewit

00:46had retired and I think it was our first horse for Steve and Becky Hillen so that was a good

00:52call to get. I think the plan was always when she won in France as a four year old to go

00:58to the Dahlia and arguably that was her best performance. She was pretty devastating that

01:04day, the rain obviously helped. She's very versatile, the plan was Dahlia, Pretty Polly,

01:13she hit every target that we wanted her to go to and to a tee and it ended up being her

01:18Group 1 win so she was good that day, obviously had to get through the stewards afterwards

01:23but she was well on top of the line and the form was held strong so that was a pretty

01:30good performance. I think she missed the kick at the Curragh that weekend, there were no

01:34horses coming from off the pace so I think it can be upgraded as well. I think she very

01:39easily could have won in France as well and just got a bit lonely. She does get a bit

01:43lonely in front, she's been brilliantly ridden through her career by some world class jockeys

01:48and needs putting her on the line and she's got a pretty good turn of foot for a big mare over

01:55that trip. She's a big girl but a very sound horse in training and one who's, I'm sure she's a

02:03massive racing prospect as well as a brumet. She's peaking at five and a lot of horses around the

02:09world we don't really see in Japan and America, they race them on a lot longer than we do and

02:15it's a bit unheard of here to have a Group 1 performer, certainly as an affiliate world

02:19of mare at five. She's a great advertisement for all her correct connections and for her

02:24sire Fastnet Rock who has an unbelievable international profile as not only a sire of

02:30Group 1 winners but a broodmare sire of Group 1 winners throughout the world so she will

02:34appeal to breeders from absolutely everywhere. Yeah I think mathematically she is the best horse

02:41on ratings now, but it's a proud day you know it's selling two Group 1 winners at Tats and

02:47I've never really dreamt of having a Group 1 winner certainly so early and to have two

02:52selling within half an hour of each other or less is it's pretty cool and you know she came

02:58here as a bit of a project and has turned into our star so no it'll be a good day,

03:06it'll be a sad day you know it's hard to lose good horses and they do leave a big hole,

03:10we've got to go and find another one and we're always on the lookout and plenty to

03:14fill the hole but it's hard to find them when they're that good.
