00:00The Johor Bahru Magistrate's Court released the case without releasing the gold digger who assaulted a non-Muslim young man,

00:08who was eaten alive by many on the day of Ramadhan.

00:11Magistrate A. Sharmini made the decision after the court announced that the case was classified as D.N.A.A.

00:19to be referred to the State Attorney's Office in Putrajaya.

00:23Previously, Abdul Razak Ismail, 65, admitted to being guilty, but did not admit to the fact of the case being read in Jorabahasa.

00:31In fact, Sharmini refused to admit his guilt and ordered the gold digger to file a lawsuit to defend himself.

00:43Razak was charged under Section 323 of the Penal Code

00:47for intentionally harming a young man at a department store in a shopping mall in Johor Bahru on the evening of 3.45 p.m.
