00:00The High Court granted Na'imah Khalid Balu to Da'im Zainuddin,

00:06to represent her husband's property

00:08in an attempt to defraud the bank account

00:11by the Malaysian Corruption Prevention Agency.

00:14When granting Na'imah's request in today's short hearing,

00:18Judge Hayatul Akmal Abdulaziz stated that

00:21the State Prosecutor's Office did not object to the matter.

00:25Hayatul also set the date for tomorrow's case

00:27for the court to determine the hearing date for the family's request.

00:32Last year, Da'im, who is also a former finance minister,

00:35family members and 18 companies

00:38who are linked to them,

00:40enforced the request for justice

00:42by starting a trial of defraud

00:44against their bank account defrauding action.

00:49They claimed that the action was done with evil intentions

00:52and Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim

00:54used his influence over the State Prosecutor's Office in the trial.
