00:00I think it depends what side of the coin you're on with it to be honest with you. I think during

00:04the pandemic we often said oh everybody's in the same boat but actually it wasn't it was everybody's

00:09in the same storm but everybody's boats were different and I think it depends on the type

00:14of work that you do and it depends on your sort of you know your flexibility and your employer as

00:20to whether you found that useful or not. They say the office is made for the extrovert so I

00:26understand that some people were very much itching to get back and itching for the water cooler chat

00:31as we call it of you know how's the kids what you're having for your tea that sort of thing

00:36but obviously we're very aware that other types of personalities really thrive from being at home

00:40and we're more productive without the distractions of the office environment. If I take it from an

00:45employer perspective first because that's obviously what we represent nearly 250 businesses across

00:51Moray and understandably they are keen for a lot of business a lot of employees to be back in the

00:58office at least on a part-time basis. I think a lot of employers are very aware that having

01:05real strict rules about them being in full-time can be quite detrimental to their organisation

01:10if other employers are allowing the flexibility because they're then competing on those sort of

01:15terms as opposed to just the usual salary pensions and so forth. Employees would like a degree of

01:21flexibility that could be because they've got caring responsibilities whether that be children

01:26or whether it be elderly parents or something else.
