00:00broke the all-time record.
00:02But as we begin a proud new chapter in the
00:04chronicles of American justice, this really is
00:08something.
00:09We're turning the page on four long years of
00:12corruption, weaponization, and surrender
00:14to violent criminals.
00:15And we're restoring fair, equal, and impartial
00:19justice under the constitutional rule of law.
00:24And you're the people that are doing it.
00:26I'm very, very proud of all of you.
00:28Under the Trump administration, the DOJ
00:31and the FBI will once again become the premier
00:34crime-fighting agencies on the face of the Earth.
00:38People ask me, what am I going to do about law
00:41enforcement all the time?
00:42The fake news back there, they're asking me that all
00:45the time.
00:45What am I going to do?
00:47And when are you going to do it?
00:48And I answer them by saying, I've already done
00:51most of it by appointing the people that I've
00:55appointed.
00:55They're sitting right here.
00:57They've done most of it.
00:59I don't do it.
00:59They do it.
01:00Right, Pam?
01:01I think.
01:02Oh, you are so tough.
01:03They just don't know yet.
01:06Let me begin by congratulating the
01:08incredible people who will lead these historic
01:11reforms.
01:12And we start with somebody that you just saw, Pam
01:15Bondi.
01:16She's extraordinary, and I've known her very well
01:19for a long time.
01:20I watched her for a long time in Florida, for years
01:29in Florida, and highly experienced.
01:31She seems so young, but she's highly experienced
01:33that I can tell you.
01:34She was a phenomenal Attorney General in
01:36Florida, and she's going to do a really amazing job.
01:40Also, our new Director of the FBI, Kash Patel.
01:44Kash, right.
01:46A man that I'm very proud of.
01:51I've known him and Emil for a long time, under
01:55tremendous pressure.
01:56I saw these guys under some of the most corrupt
01:59judges I've — it's not even imaginable how
02:02corrupt they were.
02:04And these guys never wilted.
02:05They never — they were not shy.
02:08They fought.
02:09They weren't afraid.
02:10And they were brilliant.
02:12Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and Principal
02:16Associate Deputy Attorney Emil Bovee.
02:19And thank you both very —

02:55for Civil Rights.
02:57Boy, I've been watching him on television the last
02:59couple of weeks.
03:00He is really a tough one, and he's a great one.
03:03Leo Terrell.
03:04You watch how good he's going to be.
03:06He's going to be so good.
03:09Thank you, Leo.
03:11Great guy.
03:12Assistant Attorney General of the Antitrust
03:15Division, who's got an incredible reputation.

03:29terrific friends.
03:30And I won't be able to — too many to name, but
03:33some that I just see very quickly.
03:35General Flynn, thank you for being here.
03:40He's a man who went through hell, by the way,
03:43and he shouldn't have.
03:45He's a patriot.
03:45He went through hell.
03:47We're also pleased to be joined by Senator Chuck
03:50Grassley and House Majority Whip —
03:52hey, go sit.
03:54Hi Chuck.
03:56— House Majority Whip Tom Emmer —
03:59Tom, great job you're doing.
04:01Representative guy, Reschenthaler, one of the
04:07toughest names to say, but I got it perfectly, I think.
04:11And State Attorney General Ken Paxton, thank you
04:15very much.
04:15Thank you very much.
04:16Somebody who was with us early on, and she's really
04:24become a big star and very popular, Brenna Bird.
04:27Thank you, Brenna.
04:27Thank you very much.
04:29Steve Marshall, Alan Wilson, James Uthermeyer,
04:37Chris Carr, Dave Sunday, Marty Jackley, as well as
04:43White House Deputy Chief of Staff, Stephen Miller.
04:46What a man Stephen is.
04:48Become a big star.
04:49Right, Abel?
04:50Steve Miller.
04:51Steve has been something very special.
04:56For generations, the Federal Department of
04:58Justice was one of America's most revered
05:01institutions.
05:02The men and women of the DOJ brought down the mafia,
05:05hunted down the killers, kingpins, and spies,
05:08tracked down terrorists and traitors, and tore down
05:12corrupt political machines all across America.
05:16This department commanded the respect and admiration
05:19of the entire world.
05:21And with Pam and Cash, and all of the people I
05:23introduced, and far more big numbers, and all of
05:26you sitting back there, I recognize so many of you.
05:30But with you leading the way, it'll soon be the
05:33most admired and most respected of all.
05:35You're going to be more respected.
05:36And I really believe that there's also a lot of
05:39things to solve, a lot of problems to solve.
05:42But that's going to put you in the upper tier and
05:45maybe the top tier.
05:46And I believe that's going to happen.
05:48I'm so proud of the people in this room.
