00:00Hi guys and welcome to Drivespark, I'm Prameet and in today's video we are going to talk

00:08about the Royal Enfield Bear 650.

00:10Now this video is going to be about some features that you need to know about this motorcycle,

00:15but let's start talking about that what exactly is the Royal Enfield Bear 650.

00:21Now the Bear 650 is a scrambler motorcycle from Royal Enfield which is a very very capable

00:31motorcycle from the Royal Enfield stable.

00:34Now this thing is actually a very good looking motorcycle also and if you just talk about

00:40the price of this motorcycle, so Royal Enfield launched this motorcycle at a price of rupees

00:443.39 lakh ex-showroom, which is again a good value for money.

00:50Now if you just look at the motorcycle, it is a tall motorcycle, it's got a straight

00:54seat, it's got LED headlight, taillight, a full digital cluster, it's got all the things

01:00that you necessary and the switchgear quality of the motorcycle is also very very premium.

01:06So well it is the lightest motorcycle and it's also the tallest motorcycle in the Royal

01:11Enfield 650cc range.

01:14If you talk about the seat height of the motorcycle, it is around 830mm, which is slightly higher

01:21if a normal average person sits on the motorcycle, say around 5'6 to 5'7, then he will obviously

01:29tiptoe because yeah the seat height is more and this is a scrambler motorcycle which is

01:35an overall tall stanced motorcycle.

01:37Well if we talk about the weight of the motorcycle, this still sits at 216kgs and this is around

01:432kgs lighter than the Interceptor, obviously this shares a lot of things with the Interceptor

01:49but it is a very different motorcycle, so the exhaust setup on this motorcycle makes

01:55it 2kgs lighter because on the Interceptor you have two exhaust and on this you have

02:00a two into one exhaust setup.

02:03So if we just talk about the engine of the Bear 650, it gets a 648cc parallel to an engine

02:09that basically delivers identical power to the Interceptor but however this time around

02:14this has a little more torque, so 56.5nm is what we are talking about, which is 4nm more

02:21than the Interceptor and obviously it gets a very good exhaust note as well because of

02:27the two into one exhaust setup.

02:29Now if we talk about the dimensions and features of this motorcycle, to make this motorcycle

02:33a little more off-road oriented and capable, the Bear 650 comes with a 19-inch front wheel,

02:39it gets a 17-inch rear wheel, however it gets knobby tyres, which actually help when you

02:44are off-roading.

02:46If we talk about the ground clearance, it's around 184mm, making it the tallest Royal

02:50Enfield in the 650cc category in the lineup and if we talk about a little more equipment

02:57that it gets, it gets, as I mentioned earlier, it gets a TFT flash, similar to one found

03:02on the new Himalayan, like the cluster and you can like connect your phone and go through

03:07it, there's a lot of options for you inside that cluster.

03:11Now once again, if we talk about the pricing of this motorcycle, so Royal Enfield launched

03:16this motorcycle at Rs. 3.39 lakh ex-showroom and the top end of the motorcycle is around

03:23the 3.59 lakh ex-showroom, well if we talk about the colour options, there is a broad

03:30walk white, then we have a petrol green and wild honey, so all these motorcycles and you

03:36also get a golden shadow version, so, I mean, you have a lot of options if you want to choose

03:43for colours from the Bear 650 stable and yeah, this is a very very good looking scrambler

03:49motorcycle, however, this is actually a very capable motorcycle also and if you see it,

03:55it is a very tall looking motorcycle.
