Ryan Lowe has revealed his secret to success in League One.

00:00Do you know what the secret is, right? As I said before, it's recruiting smart and having a real belief of togetherness.

00:06I went over to meet all the staff yesterday and they were all brilliant.

00:10I think there was only four or five that needed to stay behind and they were all there.

00:13A lot for me to take in all their names, but over the course of it I'll get to know them all.

00:18Which was pleasing because if that showed me that they wanted to see, they wanted to meet me.

00:23It's about a buy-in. If you buy into the commitment, the hardware, the culture I want to set,

00:29everything about what I am, I represent, I don't seem to change.

00:35If you do that, as well as listening to what we coach you on the football pitch,

00:39and take it to fruition on a Saturday afternoon with the help of the fans behind you,

00:43then anything is possible in life, let alone promotion.

00:46We'll put a plan together of what that looks like, the points tallied you need,

00:50the goals you need, the clean sheets you need, I'll give them all that and we'll go through stages of the season.

00:55As I say, if you buy into what you set out to achieve, there's no reason why you can't.
