00:07We are currently in a university, as far as telematics is concerned,
00:12but these are purely in-person meetings, but which can also be followed in hybrid mode,
00:18so remotely, and meeting people who have an experience of the KPMG level,
00:25which is considered by many to be a big four in the field of consulting,
00:29is something unique and incredible for us guys, as far as our working future is concerned.
00:35This for many of us who study economics or law,
00:40or who still want to interface in all consulting activities,
00:44is the beacon to be reached, it is the final goal.
00:48I think that currently we guys are in a much more dynamic context
00:52compared to the past generation of my parents,
00:55where maybe they were more identifiable in the so-called fixed position.
01:01Instead, I see that many of my classmates, many of my colleagues or old-age friends
01:06tend to change a job very often, maybe every two or three years.
01:11I think this is because now we guys know how to accumulate a lot of information.
01:17So, certainly, our strength is dynamism and versatility.
01:25On the other hand, however, we are also in a period in which we face a lot of difficulties,
01:30because we are asked a lot more,
01:34and it seems that for those who do not know how to adapt well to this dynamic context,
01:41there is much more fragility.
