00:00The International Criminal Court also confirmed that they issued a warrant of arrest against former President Rodrigo Duterte.

00:07In a message, the ICC spokesperson, Fadi L. Abdala, the pretrial chamber, said that they issued a warrant

00:15and that it was for the case of murder as a crime against humanity that is being investigated against Duterte.

00:22It was also said that they are investigating the crimes that happened from November 1, 2011 to March 16, 2019.

00:31The ICC said that when a suspect is in their custody, an appearance hearing will be held to start the investigation.
