00:00Hello there, I'm Craig Thomas from Martin Thomas Butchers.

00:05We're promoting and celebrating National Black Pudding Day, March the 18th

00:10and as one of only 12 in the whole United Kingdom invited to take part in Champion of Champions Black Pudding

00:17with our Apricot Black Pudding, we're hoping for a magical day

00:20and with all sorts of other flavours that we do, with the Black Pudding with Beer,

00:25Black Pudding with Apricot, our traditional

00:28and we've been winning awards all over the world since 2016

00:32where we got the only awards for Britain in Germany.

00:36We've won in Yorkshire in 2015, 2016

00:40and we continually now take it to major competitions

00:43where we're taking on supermarkets, wholesalers

00:47and also suppliers into the large trades

00:50from big suppliers from a little tiny shop in Puttingham.

00:55So it really is the minnows v the giants

00:59yet we still seem to be doing our own best to be putting us on the national and international stage.
