00:00We're doing something with the prompts of Rosebud Thorne.
00:02We're doing Rosebud Thorne?
00:04Yeah.
00:04Love.
00:05This is how I catch up with my cousins.
00:07That is so hard because it's so good.
00:12My favorite moment from the show so far
00:15was probably the first time the cast and I got together.
00:19It was instantly met with great relief because
00:22we all just gelled really quickly.
00:25I know everyone says that it happened again.
00:28My favorite moment in the show for my character
00:32is when he goes to Bertie's house to bring back an Xbox.
00:36And it's the first real scene between Joel and Bertie.
00:40And I think it's all about what's not said.
00:41You really are all kinds of trouble.
00:43You have no idea.
00:45When we first went to the Garden Society
00:47and seen the beautiful garden because I love flowers,
00:50it was really fun filming that opening
00:52and getting to know each of the characters
00:54and just being with everybody and feeling everyone's presence.
00:57It creates a different special energy.
01:00My favorite memory from the show is filming that scene
01:03where Brett is helping the guy on the side of the road
01:05with his beautiful car that he knows a lot about.
01:08And it's an amazing moment of really kind of
01:11getting to show off for his kids.
01:12It's like a really great winning moment for him.
01:14The rose for me is just being a part of this incredible cast
01:21and being able to play these scenes
01:24and find the dark humor in them.
01:27Oh, that's Molly, Mom.
01:30Oh, for God's sake, get it off the table.
01:34Maybe the night we're burying the body,
01:36it was such an exciting night.
01:38And just us working on that scene together
01:41and the intensity and the fast pace of it.
01:43I think there was actually a thunderstorm too
01:45and we had to stop briefly,
01:46but it was like, this is so perfect.
01:48It's like, it's dark and stormy, just like this murder.
01:51I barely knew these guys
01:52and they helped me replay it every day.
01:55We all have each other's backs.
01:57The thorniest scene we've shot has been in the garden
02:01because it is getting colder in Atlanta
02:04and we have to cover everything with this weird potato starch
02:08and it just turns into a mud pit and it's a challenge.
02:13We have some garden scenes coming up
02:16that take place in spring,
02:19but we are approaching winter in Georgia.
02:22I think that's going to be pretty challenging
02:26to put it mildly.
02:27Jumping into flash forwards and flashbacks
02:29and trying not to reveal too much of the relationship.
02:32You don't want to tip your hat
02:33between Joel and Bertie too soon.
02:35In the pilot, we were working in the garden
02:38and our garden consultant was saying that,
02:41like, you know, to be a little more authentic,
02:42like, you know, Brett would probably use his bare hands.
02:45And so of course, you know, I went in there bare hand.
02:47The soil in the pilot was full of manure.
02:50So like that smell would not come out of my hands
02:53for like a week.
02:54Who's the body?
02:55Who's the killer?
02:56What's going to happen?
02:57When is it going to happen?
02:58And I think the thrilling thorn is the not knowing.
03:03The thorn is like, why does the work day have to end?
03:06Like, we want to keep going.
03:08We want to keep filming
03:09because the scenes are just so juicy.
03:12So what are you going to do?
03:13Make her sorry.
03:16I would say the bud of this show
03:19is becoming more and more obsessed
03:22with each and every character
03:23and each and every storyline
03:24and just not getting enough of it
03:26and spending the entire week
03:28being like, what is going to happen?
03:30Who the F the dead body is,
03:32is what we should all be looking forward to
03:34because I want to know who's in the ground, man.
03:37I really think that we have a great world,
03:40great characters, great triangles, great subplots
03:43and everything that's brewing, the tone,
03:45the nature of the writing.
03:47But mostly you just want it to connect with an audience.
03:49You want the audience to keep coming back
03:50because they like what you're doing.
03:52I'm looking forward to the death scene.
03:54I want to know what happens.
03:56I can't wait.
03:57It is all literally just beginning to bloom.
04:01Anything can happen
04:02and I think that's what's exciting about it.
04:04And there's something about it that just draws you in
04:07and you're just going to want to watch
04:08and watch and never stop.
