Romy and Michele have finally made it into Disney royalty. Well, according to them. Mira Sorvino and Lisa Kudrow walked onto the D23 stage fully in character, giving fans a hilarious first look at the best friends nearly 30 years later before deciding their new place in the Disney family comes with princess status.  Sorvino and Kudrow are reuniting for the long-awaited sequel to the 1997 comedy Romy and Michele's High School Reunion. The original turned the delightfully clueless best friends and their infamous Post-it story into cult comedy favorites.  Romy and Michele 2 opens exclusively in theaters on May 7, 2027.
