00:00You can get NFE rice from local government units in the National Food Authority

00:05through a loan from Palace Press Officer and Presidential Communications Office Undersecretary Claire Castro.

00:12This is her confirmation in their conversation with the Department of Agriculture, Francisco T. Laurel Jr.

00:18Laurel said that LGUs can contact the Food Terminal Incorporated, or FTI, to avail rice.

00:26This is the agency's advice to LGUs who can't afford NFE rice.

00:33The DA is already working on ways to decongest their NFE rice warehouse.

00:40Meanwhile, the agency reported that 70 local governments have already bought NFE rice for their citizens.
